Since launching its Mental Health campaign, ‘bWell’, a Diversity and Inclusiveness initiative back in 2021, we have made great strides in ensuring that our people feel safe bringing their whole selves to work, supported by a culture where mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing are valued, prioritised and where accessing available and confidential help early on is easy for them.
We continue on our journey hand in hand with the City Mental Health Alliance as we’ve grown our global network of Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs), Workplace Mental Health Champions and allies from across the business in all of the regions in which we operate. Our efforts have not gone unrecognised in the industry with Bravura being named Large Employer of the Year at FT Adviser’s Diversity in Finance Awards 2023 – the publication’s annual celebration of diversity, inclusion, and equality in the financial services sector
