Bravura has continued to build on the success of its Diversity & Inclusiveness (D&I) programme by being accredited as “Excelling” by MindForward Alliance (previously known as the City Mental Health Alliance) in its Thriving at Work framework.

The annual assessment, which benchmarks workplace mental health against a comprehensive range of evidence-based standards, provides insights into areas of strength and opportunities for further development.

MindForward Alliance noted that Bravura has shown solid progress in its approach to workplace wellbeing, evidenced by a comprehensive and consistent approach to both internal and external aspects of its bWell programme, Bravura’s business-led mental health agenda.

In addition, the non-profit noted that Bravura’s active engagement in awareness campaigns and its diversity of mental health champions provides a solid foundation to continue building on its commitment to workplace wellbeing within the organisation and across other stakeholders. Bravura is intent on building on recommendations outlined in the assessment, alongside the organisation’s existing mental health and wellbeing strategy, to ensure its people are included and supported at work.

Kate Erman, Head of Legal, EMEA, and Global Lead of Bravura’s D&I Programme, said: “Moving up the rankings since last year’s assessment is testament to the work we’re doing as an organisation to help create a more open and caring environment for our people across the globe.

“We recognise that we’re still at the start of our journey and there’s much more to do, but seeing the progress made in the past year is hugely motivating as we continue to think of creative ways to further embed mental health and wellbeing into our company culture. Special thanks to the bWell team, the MindForward Alliance and their members for the guidance and support they have provided to help us better support our colleagues.”

Launched in 2012, the MindForward Alliance is a membership organisation that is leading the transformation of workplace mental health, of which we are a committed and active member.
