Bravura was named Large Employer of the Year at FT Adviser’s Diversity in Finance Awards 2023 for our Diversity & Inclusiveness (D&I) programme, which aims to create a supportive and caring environment for our employees through various initiatives and events.

Bravura and our subsidiary Delta Financial Systems brought home the Best Product / Service of the Year trophy at Citywealth’s Brand Management and Reputation Awards 2023 for its industry-leading pensions dashboards Integrated Service Provider (ISP) solution and accompanying Pensions Dashboards Week initiative.

Our subsidiary FinoComp obtained the Best Performance Measurement System of the Year award at Goodacre’s Systems in the City Awards 2023 for its innovative microservice, Insight, which features powerful analytics combined with real-time data to help financial advisers dramatically improve client outcomes.

Our subsidiary Delta Financial Systems won the Best Pensions Administration Technology of the Year award at Goodacre’s Systems in the City Awards 2023 for Platinum, its market-leading platform that delivers process-driven, highly scalable capability to our clients and handles many millions of transactions each year, all underpinned by stringent HMRC and FCA reporting standards.

Jonathan Hawkins, Principal Consultant at Bravura, obtained the Pensions Personality of the Year Award by Pensions Age Awards 2023 for his committed and innovative work on the UK pensions dashboards initiatives.

Bravura obtained the Best Pensions Marketing Campaign of the Year Award by Pensions Age Awards 2023 for its Pensions Dashboards Week campaign launched in October 2022 in the UK.

Bravura have been named a Level 1 Disability Confident Committed employer by the UK Government. This accreditation can enable Bravura to recruit, retain and develop disabled people, who will help the business to succeed. The Disability Confident logo shows the disabilities that Bravura recognises for the value they can bring to its global business, expanding the search for talent.
