Andrew Russell
Group CEO and Managing Director
Based in Sydney, Andrew Russell has 20 years of experience in the finance and technology industries. Formerly CEO and Managing Director of ASX-listed SaaS technology firm, Class Limited (Class, formerly ASX – CL1), he led the business through a change strategy which included acquiring and integrating four companies in less than two years. Class delisted in February 2022 following its acquisition by Hub24 Limited. Prior to that, Andrew was founding Executive Director and Executive General Manager, Financial Services, REA Group.
With proven success in planning and deploying robust corporate strategies to establish new lines of business, Andrew has a strong background in identifying and implementing market entry and growth strategies.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), part of City, University of London; a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Macquarie University, Australia; and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course. He has completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business’s ‘Innovative Technology Leader Program’ and Harvard Business School’s ‘Authentic Leadership Program’.

Chris Spencer
CEO – EMEA
Based in London, Chris Spencer has more than two decades worth of experience in motivating, inspiring and developing teams to affect positive business change, including process re-engineering, business development and transformation.
As CEO of Bravura’s EMEA region, Chris is responsible for driving the region’s proposition development and leading its sales and account management teams to grow existing and future client revenue and margin.
Prior to joining Bravura, Chris served various companies in the financial services and pensions space as Managing Director, including IFDS Financial Services and most recently, Embark. Before then, he was Head of Client Services at UK-based advisory firm Govett Investments and spent ten years at Fidelity cutting his teeth working across the asset management and brokerage divisions.

Paul Dunn
CEO – APAC
Based in Sydney, Paul Dunn has over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector – having worked for major banks, life companies and global consulting firms. Throughout his career, Paul has held senior leadership roles in business development, account management, corporate consulting and operational administration.
Paul joined Bravura in September 2018 and is responsible for leading sales growth in the APAC region across current and future customers.
Paul’s previous role was with ANZ where he worked as the National Manager – Institutional Relationships, responsible for all major ANZ superannuation clients. Prior to this, Paul was the Head of Sales at ING Australia. He has considerable experience building effective teams and sales processes associated with the delivery of superannuation, investment and insurance solutions to major corporates.

Neil Montford
Chief Financial Officer
Neil Montford has over 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles, including within ASX-listed companies. For the past 11 years he has held several senior leadership posts at Fidelity International, latterly as CFO of Asia Pacific, and prior to that led the Finance functions for two of Macquarie Group’s operating divisions. At the start of his career, Neil worked at Deloitte for six years in the UK and Australia.
Adam Warwick
Chief Technology and Product Officer
Based in London, Adam Warwick has worked at the cutting-edge of IT in the finance sector for the best part of two decades and has extensive experience in change management, IT strategy and transformation projects.
As Bravura’s Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTO), Adam is responsible for establishing a forward-looking product framework to support the business’s worldwide client base, both now and in the future. He also leads in managing the company’s Research & Development teams and ensuring its cloud-based delivery mechanism is implemented successfully across the company’s global client portfolio.
Before joining Bravura, Adam was Quilter’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). Before that, he held roles at various leading financial firms, including HBOS, Zurich Insurance Company, and Aviva, as the company’s CIO in the UK and Ireland.

Melissa Corbutt
Company Secretary and Head of Legal APAC
With over 14 years’ experience as a lawyer gained in private practice and in-house at Bravura Solutions, Melissa provides high value strategic advice and works with the business to manage legal risks. Melissa has assisted with the company secretariat function at Bravura Solutions since its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in 2016 and was appointed Company Secretary in June 2023. Melissa has broad company secretariat and corporate governance experience.
Gillian Davie
Chief People Officer
Based in Sydney, Gillian Davie has over 25 years of experience in senior HR roles across the retail, technology and financial services sectors both domestically and internationally.
Gillian joined Bravura in February 2024 and is responsible for leading the Global People and Culture team, ensuring Bravura is strategically attracting, developing and retaining high-quality talent.
Prior to joining Bravura, Gillian held senior HR roles across listed companies, including AMP, NetComm Wireless and Woolworths Group. In her career she has experienced the full business life cycle including start-up, rapid growth, mergers, acquisitions (acquiring and being acquired), sale/closure, “, turnarounds and crisis management.
Gillian is also an experienced Board member, Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She was recognised and named in the HRD 2023 Global 100 HR list and 2024 HR Hotlist.
