We are delighted to welcome Piettra Silva and Zayd Mughal who have joined us from “Leadership Through Sport and Business” as Project Management Apprentices.

Leadership Through Sport & Business (LTSB) is a social mobility charity that prepares and supports bright young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into meaningful roles with major companies. The charity targets those at risk of under-employment to find careers equal to their ambition and ability and ensures that they can contribute from their first day on the job.

These new appointments demonstrate Bravura’s continued commitment to its four pillars in support of (1) LGBT+, (2) Gender Diversity, (3) Social Mobility and (4) Neurodiversity. Supporting diversity and inclusiveness, these core pillars strive to ensure increased productivity, innovation, engagement, and overall performance as well as ensure that staff are provided with the same promotional and career opportunities.

Lynn Lovell, Programme Management Office (PMO) Manager – EMEA Wealth Management said “This is a great opportunity for Bravura to partner with the LTSB charity to actively support social cohesion and ensure opportunity is not dependent on social or economic position. Partnering with LTSB gives us access to a diverse pool of talent bringing about many benefits to the individuals, Bravura as an organisation and so ultimately our clients”.

Lovell continued: “A person should not be held back because of their social, educational, or economic background. I believe that an individual’s talent, drive and determination should feed their career opportunities and progression, and so on that basis, we at Bravura are thrilled to be supporting this initiative”.
