Bravura Solutions Limited (Bravura) today announced that it has appointed Alexa Henderson as an independent, non-executive director.
Henderson has previously worked at KPMG, Arthur Andersen, and WM Company (a developer and provider of investment performance, valuation and accounting services) that was acquired by Deutsche Bank. She brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, specialising in accounting, finance and audit in the UK and Australia. Henderson has a strong background in corporate governance and the guidance of appropriate audit practices and risk management processes. She currently sits on the board of directors of five other financial services companies in the UK.
