Bravura, the leading technology provider to the funds and wealth industries worldwide, recently hosted its annual global awards programme. Bravura is relentlessly focused on delivery and its people are central to everything it does. The awards recognise the industry-leading talent within the organisation and celebrate its culture of innovation and commitment to exceptional client delivery and growth.

Celebrating the success of 2024, the Bravura Awards acknowledge employee contributions in areas around helping our clients advance their capabilities, challenging long-held industry processes and making new ways of working possible. The four award categories were: exemplary leadership; outstanding delivery; transformational teamwork; and empowering others.

The winners were recognised as part of a global event, which saw more than a thousand of Bravura’s developers, engineers, architects and consultants come together from Australia, New Zealand, the UK, South Africa, Poland and India to discuss the progress the business has made over the past year, including upgrading guidance for both EBITDA and revenue in FY25.

Gillian Davie, Chief People Officer, Bravura, said: “There’s been a huge amount to salute collectively in 2024 and all teams across Bravura Group have been instrumental in helping our business return back to profit.

“Whether it’s handling multiple overlapping migration projects for our global custodian clients, working tirelessly to help wealth platforms unlock workflow improvements and automate processes or stepping up to support others and demonstrate leadership, this year’s winners should be hugely proud of their achievements and helping push the boundaries of what is possible.

“Our values are more than just words – they are the guiding principles that shape our actions, decisions and how we engage with our clients, partners and each other.”
