Responsible for:
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the day to day relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients and the effective delivery of all services to those clients. The Service Delivery Manager will be expected to project manage small to medium projects as part of his/her responsibilities.
Reports to:
Head of Service Delivery – Portfolio Administration
Key duties:
- Ensure that cordial relationships are maintained with peers within client organizations.
- Ensure that effective communication is maintained with clients.
- Manage effective delivery of all services conducted for the client, including day to day services (billable or non-billable) and projects.
- Process invoices and manage debts.
- Identify services and sales opportunities within client organizations and ensure these opportunities are pursued effectively.

- Understanding of systems development methodologies and architecture.

- Knowledge of Bravura’s software products.
