Sydney, 27 November 2007 (ASX: BVA) – Bravura Solutions Limited (Bravura) – a leading global supplier of wealth management applications and professional services – has announced the appointment of Mr John Loebenstein to the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr Loebenstein joins Bravura after 12 years at St George Bank, where he held the position of Group Executive for Information Technology. In this role he oversaw key IT projects such as the integration of St George's IT systems with those of Advance Bank and Bank SA (after their merger in 1997). He also managed St George's Y2K, GST and Best Bank projects.

During his time with St George Bank, Mr Loebenstein was also Director and subsequently Chairman of Cashcard Limited, where he oversaw the transformation of Cashcard to a highly competitive and performing enterprise, which resulted in a substantial increase in its value realised at the date of its sale in 2003.

Mr Loebenstein said: “I’m delighted to join the Board of Bravura. The company’s excellent growth record, strong revenue figures in FY2007 and culture of innovation have been fundamental to its success within the financial services sector.

“I look forward to assisting Bravura to continue delivering outstanding results for customers and increasing shareholder value.”

Mr Loebenstein was also a member of the Microsoft Inc (USA) Global Executive Roundtable Board from 1998 to 2001 and most recently, a member of the Novell Inc (USA) Advisory Board from 2005 to 2007.

He has obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Insurers.

He will commence his role on 29 November 2007.
