Sydney, 07 May 2007 (ASX: BVA) – Bravura Solutions Limited (Bravura) – a leading global supplier of wealth management applications and professional services – has been ranked by Business Review Weekly (BRW) magazine as Australia’s number one start-up company, or ‘Fast Starter’.

The BRW Fast Starters comprise small and medium sized enterprises, considered the fastest growing and most successful start-up companies in Australia.

The Fast Starters are chosen via a survey based on collaborative research on start-up businesses. The research was undertaken by BRW and the director of research at RMIT University’s School of Management, Professor Kosmas Smyrnios.

To be selected as a BRW Fast Starter a company must fulfil the following criteria;

• Must have commenced trading after June 30, 2002
• Must have reported at least two fiscal years of revenue
• Must have revenue of more than A$500,000 in 2005-06
• Revenue for 2005-06 must be higher than in 2004-05
• Must have more than one main customer (the bulk of revenue cannot have come from government grants or other start-up funding)
• Must be Australian – not a subsidiary of a multinational
