Sydney 20 August 2008 (ASX: BVA) – Bravura Solutions Limited (Bravura) – a leading global supplier of wealth management applications and professional services – today announced it has expanded its team with the appointment of Steven Zacharidis as the company’s Head of Business Development for the APAC
region.

Mr Zacharidis will be responsible for the establishment of client relationships to develop business opportunities. He will report directly to Bravura’s joint CEO’s, Mr Iain Dunstan and Mr Simon Woodfull

“We are extremely pleased to have Steven on board and are confident his extensive experience, spanning almost 20 years in the financial services industry, as well as his deep knowledge of superannuation and wealth management will serve our business well,” said Mr Dunstan.

Mr Zacharidis will be based in Bravura’s Sydney office and joins the company after four years as Head of Products (Wealth Management) at InfoComp. He has specialised in product direction, strategy and sales, as well as overseeing the development and launch of new products.

Prior to his role at InfoComp, Mr Zacharidis held a number of senior positions at SunGard where he was responsible for the strategy and direction of SunGard’s suite of Wealth Management products. He also established a SunGard Insurance Systems office in Australia (Sydney) to service clients in the Asia Pacific region.

Mr Zacharidis said: “I am delighted to join Bravura and look forward to working with Bravura’s team and world class product suite.“My knowledge of superannuation and wealth management solutions, as well as experience with sales and product strategy has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to make significant contributions to Bravura and towards achieving the overall objectives of the company.”

Mr Zacharidis has a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma - Business Systems, both from Monash University.

He commenced his role on 19 August 2008.
