Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd was formed in November 2007 as the result of a merger of Bendigo Bank (1858) and Adelaide Bank (C1900). Its national retail brand is Bendigo Bank. The company also operates a substantial wholesale banking business brought to the merger by Adelaide Bank.
