Sydney, 9 February 2007 (ASX: BVA) – Bravura Solutions (Bravura) - a leading supplier of financial industry application software and services - today signed a Letter of Engagement with New York Life International (NYLI), the international division of a United States mutual life insurance company. The Letter of Engagement is for the provision of certain interim services in relation to the proposed implementation of its Talisman suite of application software into NYLI’s Asian operations.

Subject to the satisfactory completion of additional due diligence and the negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, Bravura will licence and implement Talisman across several of NYLI’s markets in Asia over the coming two to three years. Contracts are expected to be signed by March 31, 2007.

NYLI’s initial implementations are expected to be completed within 11 to 14 months, with the intention to agree further contracts to roll-out Talisman into more of NYLI’s Asian operations within a subsequent 12 months.
